Stopped in yesterday on the way back from a wedding and had a pretty poor experience with the customer service at this branch. I felt like the teller did not trust me at all (or maybe she was mad she had to work a Saturday shift? Idk. As someone who works in medicine, I get in but also…). That’s definitely not the feeling you want when you are trying to withdraw your own saved money from an account. Realistically, I wish I could give a no star rating. Horrible customer service, most shockingly most of the terrible customer service came from the Branch manager Shawn. Will not be returning to any wells fargo banks due to the lack of good manners and customer service.
Brutal customer service. Went in today to open a savings account. Asked if we had an appointment. There was one other customer in the bank at that time. We were told the wait would be at least thirty minutes - it was noon. I have been a customer for 20 years and all branches have provided slow service. Their moto is courtesy - I wish they would incorporate some urgency.
