Worthless, they don't know how to do the right thing. There Bill Pay system used to say guaranteed delivery and they changed to delivery by and now it says scheduled by. When it was still delivery by I had a check that didn't make the delivery by date. I even gave it it 2 extra days and it still didn't make it on time. There answer is it is my problem, so again Wells Fargo will not stand up to it's own documents. You can not trust Wells Fargo to do the right thing! They won't do what they say, but will spend hundreds of doll... read more

Horrible customer service. Instead of helping customers they tell you to go to the ATM for your bank transactions. Personal bankers just stand around and wait for the one and only person working to work the drive through and the window.
Atm offers better service than the humans. Save your time and go somewhere else.
