We recently experienced a death in the family and have spent months trying to help an elderly grandparent settle estate matters. It sad to say, I went into the bank today to get a letter notarized and the manager said to me abruptly to go sit down and we will get with you shortly. I responded you haven’t asked me what service do I need. I said , should I be at the here or there. He said again, go take a seat we will get with you in a moment.
