When we deposit is so easy but want to withdraw money or transfer to other account it so difficult , make appointment, they not doing right with some reason
No use of going to this bank. Not allowed to the counter to help for any queries. No use of holding checkin account with Wellsfargo. You will be treated as an unknown roadside fellow.. check alternative approach if you are looking for any service at this bank.
Please don’t ever come here. We wanted to open a checking account, when we get there, we had enough time but they refused to take us. 3 of the banker were just chatting/chilling had zero customer but they said they don’t have enough time to open account for us. They are so lazy! All of them need to go or else they will lose so many customers including me.
Staff not helpful. Not friendly the lady was not listening to me when I was talking about a situation that I was helped with last Friday. The male banker was fantastic helping me. This lady needs to learn how to listen she acted like a supervisor or manager because she said the guy that helped me was on vacation.
