After 14 years as a Wells Fargo customer, this is how they treat people: they sue you. I entered a debt consolidation program over a year ago and have made multiple good-faith efforts to resolve a relatively small debt. Terrible service. I went there to get help with a wire transfer because it was an emergency. They charged me $40, only for me to find out the next day that they had entered the incorrect information. They need people who can do the job better.

Well fargo as a while is terrible. Raising the minimum for a checking account and having no notice on the account online. They will only forgive a service fee once in a year, other banks if you catch it within a week they take it back. I went to the teller to have my account closed. Took the money out she said I was good to go. A few weeks later I get a service fee on it because she told me wrong and couldn't even close the account herself. Now the bank won't take it back and close the account like it was supposed to be.
