I have been battling with this bank for a month now to correct a teller error and to close out some of the many accounts they have opened for me. Every time I go in, they tell me it will be sorted, but to no avail. They keep opening new accounts for me, even when I ask them to close the ones I have. This is borderline fraud. Management could care less. Been banking here for ages, but lately is has been totally driven by new account targets. Many sleazy, untrustworthy people there.
