i see why some people avoid this wells fargo. i went in to buy rolls of change. i asked the blonde woman if i was able to buy rolls of change with the amount i had. without even hesitating- ‘do you have an account with us’. and i knew immediately she was turning me away because i didn’t have an account with them. so i said ‘unfortunately i do not anymore. i used to a while ago.”. and it was lunch time i get it, but don’t be condescending. without any sort of pause, tells me ‘i can do $20. since you don’t have an account.’ li... read more

Disappointed with Wells Fargo. It took far too long to get service. Many employees were standing around but not helping move the line along. I didn’t feel valued as a customer when I had to wait so long, only to be told I needed to get in another line afterward. The only saving thing was Mario, who was helpful and quick, otherwise, this visit was a giant waste of my time. Very unhappy with my overall experience.
