The attention is terrible, so rude
What a travesty. The company closes down the other location in Concord that was closest to me and I have to use this one. I go in and 1 teller with 10 people in a line thats taking 10 minutes per transaction. Wells Fargo, do better.
Most lazy staff from any Wells Fargo branch that I’ve been to, usually the person that’s supposed to greet you at the front is wandering off speaking with other coworkers, allegedly never have reps available for personal account inquiries, yet every desk and office empty, available staff just chatting between themselves and avoiding clients
If I could give no stars I would!! This place is horrible. You go in to make a deposit and you stand in line forever!! They have one employee running the front counter!! With 20 people in line. If I didn't have to make deposits for the company I worked for I would not come here !! Never ever !!!
