I had dismal experience, repeatedly with personal banker LR. She did not take ownership of several important questions, just deflected to Wells Fargo website. She did not respond to an email after 8 days delay. Assistant branch manager was not eager to help me. I will stop using this branch, and transfer to another financial institution.
Literally the worst branch in the area. Rude, incompetent, don’t waste time going there.
