Bank needs more tellers. Waiting 20 minutes in line every time is getting old. Rubi also needs a better attitude.
I made an appointment with a business banker to open a checking account for my LLC. Jasmine called a day before the appointment to confirm the details. I advised the LLC had four members and I would be the only signatory. About thirty minutes into the appointment, I was told I could not open the account because ALL of the LLCs members were not present at the bank. I wish I could give 0 stars. I had an appt at 12:30, it’s 1:05, they said I have to reschedule because they were running behind but they also had things to do in the back. Very unprofessional and nobody was helpful at all, they did not even tried to fix the problem.
Lavonda speaks over you and do not let you finish telling her while you’re there she will tell you why you’re there. Customer service is mediocre at best. Sitting there acting like she so busy she can’t see you but again she sitting there. Needs more training. I don’t care how long she has been there (which by the way she makes it her busy to tell you that over and over again. This is the 3rd time at this branch and two of the times has been horrible experiences. The Wells Fargo in the city where I live would never.
The banks ATM ate my payroll check and didnt deposit anything into my account. I have been sent through the ringer and still have not received my money. I have began getting late fees with my other bills because they are playing games with my money. Corporate call center absolutely the most useless thing and liars. 1 told me a claim was filed when it was not and another told me a complaint was filed and was not.
