This isn't my favorite Wells Fargo but it's definitely up at the top.
1 teller working, 6 people in line at 3pm. 30 minutes to get a cashiers check.
I usually had a great experience with wells at many branch locations but this location is worst. Always understaffed and everyone works very slow as if they are not interested. I never seen anyone in front desk and calling this branch always goes to voicemail.
This is the worse Wells Fargo branch in the whole area. I always have issues at this location but it is the most convenient location to me. I usually skip it and go to another one but I had a few minutes to handle my business and it had been a while since I had been to this branch. I thought that maybe by some chance that they actually got their stuff together. Instead, they ruined my morning, didn’t process my transaction, and made me late for the gym. I saw all the bad reviews and expected a terrible experience . QUITE the OPPOSITE! The staff was very courteous and the branch manager went above and beyond to help me out with a family situation. I’m not a Wells customer and yet they treated me like a family member . Great job team !
