The notary here is either clueless or doing her job wrong on purpose I guess. First time getting something notarized so I was unfamiliar with the process beyond that I would sign a piece of paper while someone qualified to do so witnessed and stamped the paperwork to certify that I was the person signing it. Very bad experience I and my wife had with this branch, Stephen Smith treats people very impolitely, we had appointment while there was no guest, he said he does not have time since we were there 5 minutes late!! We had to come another day to open an account, and it took 15 minutes.

Caitlin is the associate personal banker. She is phenomenal. I ran into a predicament with my business account and had to set up a new one on the spot. She assisted right away and really took care of me. She will forever be the banker I use at Wells Fargo. I highly recommend you use her.
