Wells Fargo forced my 81 year old parents to physically come in to this local bank to do their wire transfer, and managed to screw it up by putting the wrong state in the financial institution location!! So they had to re-do everything a second time. To make matters worse, they still wouldn't waive the $40 dollar wire fee. Even after we called David Cabrera and asked him again to waive it, he said he could not. No bueno Wells Fargo!
I have a serious issue with this bank that decided to hold my funds claiming my signature is fraudulent, even though I came inside, signed it in front of the teller and supervisor, showed my driver license and bank card. They released a few hundred of the funds and the following morning when my check should be posted, they instead put my account in the negative.
