Conveniently located, well appointed lobby, very nice and helpful tellers. Plenty of parking.
Quick service, friendly customer service support
Wells Fargo forced my 81 year old parents to physically come in to this local bank to do their wire transfer, and managed to screw it up by putting the wrong state in the financial institution location!! So they had to re-do everything a second time. To make matters worse, they still wouldn't waive the $40 dollar wire fee. Even after we called David Cabrera and asked him again to waive it, he said he could not. No bueno Wells Fargo!
