Worst bank ever. Poorly managed. Never updated their hours when they closed due to covid. They recently removed the ATM without updating any websites about it.
Had bad experience with the manager months ago she was very rude and unprofessional the bankers are always very helpful and great I have not seen the manager past few times recently which has been a blessing hopefully she was moved somewhere else wells fargo needs to have better customer services from they're leaders

Visited the location on Thursday, 10/17, had trouble with the ATM and had to go into the bank to withdraw money. The female teller was tentative but the male manager was not only tentative but was inquiring as to what I experienced with the ATM to resolve the issue. He exhibited compassion and apologized for the issues that was going on with the ATM. This type of customer service supports customer centered care.
