Worst customer service ever…stay away from this branch.
THANK YOU Patricia and Megan (and other staffs who we could not remember the name). We were late for our 9am appointment by 15min, but Patricia greet us with a smile and handled our joint account establishment professionally, also gave good advice to my dormant account. A great banker, A great bank, and will definitely stay and maintain our account for many years to come. Patricia, congrats on your 5 year service :)
I’ve always received friendly and prompt service when I actually need to go to the bank. It’s only a few times a year but this branch does a nice job.
I was 20 mins late to my appointment, but Sean Nalty was great help to me, he even stayed and helped me finish up 40 mins after the bank closed and helped me setup my online banking!
