The service here is very slow - 1 guy ahead in line ahead of me took 30 minutes because a guy the teller couldn’t do a cashier’s check by himself. I got here at 3:30pm. It is 4:08pm still not being seen!!
They always have issues and they ended up taking some money from account and never gave it back.
It was such a good experience. Valeria was the best! She helped me out during the whole process and made my day.
I have generally had a positive banking experience up to this point; however, my recent visit to this branch was very disappointing. After waiting approximately 30 minutes following a check deposit, I was informed that the check “did not pass basic security features” and was asked to leave. I was also advised to visit Chase Bank, the issuing bank, to address the issue. I did follow up with Chase, and they confirmed there was no reason for either me or the check to have been turned away.
