I had a wonderful experience at this Wells Fargo branch. I needed to meet with a banker to add a DBA to my business account and I was helped by Mathew. Mathew was professional, communicated clearly, followed technical procedures, and was impressive to say the least! He greeted me with a smile and left me with a smile a hand shake. Overall could not have been more happy with the visit. Thanks Mathew!

Excessive wait times. No sense of urgency.
Wells Fargo clearly wants to close as many physical bank locations as possible. To achieve this they are decreasing banking services. We've used this physical location since it was a Wachovia and was forced to be sold during the banking crisis. Inital banking experience was better, but in recent years has continued to decline. A few months ago they closed drive through services. There is an ATM is available but doesn't substitute for humans.
