My worst mistake, open an account on a bank that can care less for their customers 😅
I had an appointment today with Miriam to apply for a home loan. The representative shares her experience about her family vacation states her Airbnb was in a ghetto community.. Being a black American I felt offended and disrespected. She is Latino female. I will never go back to that branch again. Bad experience
Allen helped us set up an account and he was very friendly, knowledgeable, and patient! He took the time to go through everything with us and answer all of our questions! All the other employees of the bank were very friendly too!
ABSOLUTE JOKE OF A COMPANY!! WELLS FARGO IS NOTHING MORE THAN THIEVES ON A PAYROLL. THEY SHOULD BE ABSOLUTELY ASHAMED OF THEMSELVES
