Never staffed properly, have total lack of regard for people’s time. During the virus 1 teller, yet plenty of people in sales area, hope they do not get a dime for grants, this has been a problem for a long time. There has to be a better bank.
This bank has some of the most distasteful disrespectful employees I have ever met.. I don't understand how or why anyone would find it funny when there card is stuck in the ATM an the money won't come out. This company suckssssss.. please find a better bank or at least a different bank from this one to use.. this place lacks customer service. I have video that will be posted soon of the workers laughing an making jokes about my card being stuck.. an absolutely refusing to help me other than calling 911..
