Just found out they will be closing the drive-up teller services at this location. I am disabled and not able to go inside. Now I have to close our Wells Fargo account. Never heard of a bank without drive-up teller service.
You have one poor kid doing the whole dam drive thru by himself, whoever is in charge needs to be fired. I could watch a whole movie in my truck and the line still would not have moved! Zero stars if possible
Bad service, did not let me close my account without an appointment. I am physically at the location, why do I need an appointment to get my business done???
They usually are busy but always helpful just like a bank should be.
Waste of my time just to sit at the lobby with no acknowledgement of anyone. When the only banker Ashley comes she scans everyone to hear the reason you came in to Wells Fargo. She then picks and chooses who she wants to help next not who was actually next in line. Before I left I told her for my maintenance on my account I my need an appointment for you to help me? Always remember Ashley with proper maintenance comes sales too!
