They usually are busy but always helpful just like a bank should be.
Waste of my time just to sit at the lobby with no acknowledgement of anyone. When the only banker Ashley comes she scans everyone to hear the reason you came in to Wells Fargo. She then picks and chooses who she wants to help next not who was actually next in line. Before I left I told her for my maintenance on my account I my need an appointment for you to help me? Always remember Ashley with proper maintenance comes sales too!
I have 4 accounts with this bank. I walk in to talk to a banker and I could not get any help. Very unprofessional, i am in the process to stop conducting business with them , closing all my accounts.
The staff was very nice but I don’t like having to make appointments to see a banker. Are you short of help or is it a cost savings?
Ashley was rude and extremely judgemental. We walked in with a check from there bank. My wife and I asked if we could use the check to open the account, and When would we have access to the funds. She said " it wouldn't look good on you if you are opening the account just to cash the check. It would take 11 days and probably wouldn't work." We have had our business for several years and were actually considering a new bank.
