Very dishonest people that work here at the bank. When I opened my account, I was told that I would not be charged a monthly service fee as long as I had my social security check directly deposited into my account and it was more than $500. The lady said nothing about it having to be during every bill period. Well today i got charged $10 for a service fee. I tried calling customer service but all they did was argue with me. It shouldnt bother me this much because this was just a secondary bank for me but I was never acknowledged. Young lady with tablet walked by looked at me and kept walking without so much as a hello. Already Zero’d out my account and will finish closing it out tomorrow.
