There’s a lot I could say but this pretty much sums it up… I left this branch went to another one a few miles away, told them about my experience and everyone said “yeah we tell all of our customers to avoid that one” Zero customer service. I get the feeling the big guy sitting in a chair behind the glass was the branch manager because the employees reflected the look on his face. Just a body filling a seat. Tyler was such a great teller. Very efficient and polite. All the tellers at this location have excellent customer service! Thank you!

Everytime I come to this location I spend 30 mins plus. Although their stafg is friendly they are not efficient, only have 1 person at the teller at a time and have no sense of urgency. It seems like none of their employees are well trained , just hired and thrown on the job.
