Today I was in the afternoon at this Bank on Pine Ridge Rd to request my account statement and from the moment I entered I felt in a very welcoming environment. Claudia attended me, a super friendly and very professional girl.
Feeling unfriendly vibes speaking English in this branch feel because I don't speak Spanish or did not speak Spanish to teller (everyone is there was speaking speaking Spanish ) trying to cash a $500 payroll check at same location - been here 20 minutes and wondering if any English speaking people feel pressure I do today here at this branch - is this normal to not cash a payroll check and then the c anger threaten to "go to another branch" if I find like it
