James Sylvestre was the best teller I ever interacted with. He was very welcoming and knowledgeable. I will definitely continue to use Wells Fargo as one of my main banks. James deserves to become a personal banker as his personality is super warm and friendly.
Llame y pedí hablar con un banquero, me pusieron en espera y tuve 38 minutos esperando que alguien tomara mi llamada hasta que me cansé y la terminé. Luego volví a llamar Y mi intension era abrir 3 cuentas diferentes incluyendo una de negocios a lo que la persona me respondió que debia de darme 3 citas diferentes en 3 días diferentes; lo cual es estúpidamente ridículo, ir al banco 3 veces para 3 productos. Muy muy malo el servicio al cliente en este lugar NO LO RECOMIENDO
Went to withdraw money. Manager told me I could only do a certain amount. I asked why? Was told they didn't order enough money. Yet, a man came in after me and she allowed him to get MORE money than me. Guess if I was a man, I could withdraw more.
