John the manger is awesome great customer service.
An absolute joke of a supposed financial institution. I walked in there to inquire about how much they can do small business loans for. The teller was useless and couldn't tell me because they're not authorized to tell me...which makes no sense. You have to call a number to get sent to a department with a voicemail to leave a message for them to maybe call you back to tell you how much they can lend for at the local branch. One of the worst banks around, they will refuse to help you even if you're a banking customer and yet will help other people coming in for non-banking things. I've never seen people in a bank refuse to help someone because their account balance, while helping rich people who didn't even come to the bank for banking, but they will discriminate against you here and then they even took fees out of my account because I complained about it and wouldn't you know it that they were in the news for fraud and for taking money from cus... read more
