On 8/8/2024 around 450 pm I went to make an ATM withdrawal $400 in the ATM machine malfunctioned and it wouldn’t give me my cash causing my account to still show that $400 was taken out. I went inside. There was nothing they could do so I had to open a claim which they say would take up to 10 days. now, leaving me without $400 to pay bills.
