I had a very negative experience at this branch. They are slow and incompetent.
Came here on June 3, 2025 to deposit money through the drive-through. Susan was at the window. She had forgotten to give someone their money in the lane next to me. He was understandably upset, and so Susan had to deal with that before helping me. I gave her some cash and two checks to deposit. Upon looking at my receipt, I noticed she entered $100 less than I had given her. She seemed annoyed and had to go back and have the manager check her drawer. The only reason I gave it a one star was because there was no option for zero stars. I wasted over an hour this morning for a very simple task at a bank like Wells Fargo should’ve been able to handle by text and now I will be closing an account and Wells Fargo has lost new business. I highly suggest no one ever enter this branch, nor consider Wells Fargo in the future. Generally, incompetent people, systems and processes.
