Bryanna and staff were extremely unhelpful when I was buying a house and refused to help me wire money at 4pm. Made me feel beneath them and like my concerns were not valid. Will not be using this branch again and super close to closing my accounts with Wells Fargo over this. I work a full time job and rarely ask for assistance with accounts in the branch and when I needed to it was embarrassing the way they treated me.
Barbara was very rude to me when my daughter came to do a wire transfer. Was very unprofessional and the other workers were obviously embarrassed on her behalf. She made me feel very small and even passively accused her of fraud at one point. We are literally going up there today to close our accounts because the entire interaction has just been horrible.
I have been banking with Wells Fargo for 35 years, no complaints, except the one on Franklin, seriously under staff set in line for well over 30 minutes just to make a deposit
well this bank I have been handling and going through businesses with this bank for a long time. I started out at this bank at 14 years old and I have been checking with them for the last 30 years. I started out with $40 or $60 to open an account and they sent me a box of checks and it was free and I went ahead and I decided to go out and help other people. and well now I'm just been saving for a long time and I probably got a whole lot of money in there. I haven't even withdrew it yet but I probably will be doing that soon
