I have been originally with wachovia and then in with Wells Fargo for over 40 years I have seen changes they are more for the wealthy than they are in for the hard-working man that's the feeling I get now

Not friendly at all there is one guy manager who seems very helpful and genuine but the other lady that sits at a desk near the glass doors need to go back and learn some customer service. She is very rude and abrupt doesnt let anyone finish what they are saying. She either needs to be restrained or needs to be removed from her position of helping customers because she is not the one.
