Just went in to open a bank account with them and they told us to come back tomorrow. Never seen a bank that refused money.

It's Wells Fargo. Typical Wells Fargo. If you're an account holder or have done business with WF, you'll understand the lack of enthusiasm and slight disdain for this archaic institution.

Takes FOREVER for you to answer the phone, and then the CSR was not helpful, hardly polite.

Surprisingly rude staff. Called to ask a simple question about how one might follow up on a missing check that was mailed to the branch, and the banker refused to engage, saying nothing at all could be discussed over the phone. I tried to explain this was not account specific, no personal info needed to be exchanged, but the man kept talking over me. It was an unsettlingly combative, hostile experience. Another reason to avoid Wells Fargo.

I received prompt and excellent service at this branch. They answered the phone which was a first for a local Wells Fargo branch. I was encouraged to come in within the hour to see a banker. The woman who helped me (Shavon) was very friendly and handled everything efficiently. I was very pleased with my experience here.
