Poor customer service and condescending. Made an appointment arrived right in time and currently still waiting 20 minutes later. Three tellers having customers wait. Now being called back 25 minutes later.
ABSOLUTELY THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER. The banker was rude and refused to help us. The branch manager was yelling at us refusing to assist. The vice president of this bank needs to re-evaluate the decision of who is qualified to operate a branch and make sure they are willing to provide customer service to the public.
