Poor customer service and condescending. Made an appointment arrived right in time and currently still waiting 20 minutes later. Three tellers having customers wait. Now being called back 25 minutes later.
ABSOLUTELY THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER. The banker was rude and refused to help us. The branch manager was yelling at us refusing to assist. The vice president of this bank needs to re-evaluate the decision of who is qualified to operate a branch and make sure they are willing to provide customer service to the public. Manager was being difficult when i only needed to exchange lager bills for smaller ones, said she'd charge me for it next time
I have been here several time, trying to open a business checking account. The bank took the information, did something, then said She needs to follow up with me because she couldn't do it at that time. 3 months passed, She didn't follow up. I visited the branch, then she revisit the file again, then promise to follow up again. 6 months passed, I heard nothing from her. If you ever visit the branch, avoid Brissia at all cost. She's very lazy, undisciplined, and totally ignoring her promise with customers.
Bankers here are very lazy, unprofessional and disrespectful of customers business. I tried to open business accounts, 6 months passed with several revisit but what I keep hearing is "we will follow up with you". If you need more than 6 months to follow up a business account opening request then you should not work at a bank Brissia.
