What a terrible bank I went in to see if I could get $100 bill broken into two 50s and they wouldn’t do it because I’m not a member? I got cash at a bank! Why do I need to be a member in order to get changed for $100 bill? Ate you kidding me? What a racket, I would never ever bank at a Wells Fargo in my life. Terrible customer service terrible!!!

Eric Taylor was rude, condescending, cagey. After speaking with other REPUTABLE branches-not like this one-my suspicion that he had lied to me was in fact correct. This “branch manager” is dishonest, an out and out liar, and has no concept of customer service. Has already been reported to corporate and federal civil rights office.
