The staff at this branch was so incredibly helpful. Was traveling to get a new car; got my cashier's check in less than 5 minutes with smiles and excellent service. Thanks, guys!
Eric Taylor was rude, condescending, cagey. After speaking with other REPUTABLE branches-not like this one-my suspicion that he had lied to me was in fact correct. This “branch manager” is dishonest, an out and out liar, and has no concept of customer service. Has already been reported to corporate and federal civil rights office.

Sometimes people can scare you away in two minutes or less. I went to this bank because I wanted to put my money on a CD1 but they always short on stuff and this two people who attended me talk to me like they were in a hurry and didn't care. Oh well. I'm going somewhere else.
