Unbelievable. I'm here at the bank to simply change a $100 into two 50s. But, since I don't have an account with Wells Fargo they won't make change. I guess this is why I don't bank here. Had they made change with a friendly smile I might consider doing business with them in the future. I move a lot so I've used lots of different local banks. Next move. I certainly won't open an account with them. Not now! Not ever! Short sightedness on their part.

I made an appointment and I received a call that no banker will be able to assist me because everyone is booked i made an appointment shouldn't I should be part of the list. Makes no sense when I have an appointment already scheduled. What a waste of time.
