I was trying to help my daughter by making a cash deposit for her. The teller said that since I'm not on her account, I could not do it due to "new federal regulations!" So, I researched this and found that it is NOT a new federal regulation but simply a new policy of all the BIG BANKS! Don't be misleading the public about why this is happening!
