Unable to speak to an individual.. poorly designed phone system...
Staff is kind and friendly, but I have deposited checks made out to me into my husband's account using his debit card many times in the past 10 years, and they wouldn't allow me to do it inside this branch (I did it at the ATM). Maybe their policy changed nationwide. The teller was nice about it though and the bathroom was clean and well maintained.
