Poor customer service. Friday afternoon, line to the door, 9 stations and two tellers handling regular customers. Others peek out at the line but do nothing.
No, I don't recommend. There's not enough personnel in the Harlingen branch, where we have to wait more than one hour to be attended.
Won't go there for any reason. They refused to notarize our ballots. Bad customer service.
