Since there is no way to reach you by phone or email and I am not going to wait in an hour long line to say this, here goes. I live right behind this bank and every night starting around 10pm there is a loud high pitched sound and a blinding floodlight coming from the back of the bank building into my house. I can't even sleep with the windows open on these hot summer nights because the noise is so awful.
