Today I stopped by the Wells Fargo branch because I needed to deposit money onto my card, and I was pleasantly surprised by how well everything is organized. There were no lines at all, and they have two ATMs — fast, easy to use, and without any unnecessary steps. The parking lot in the back is a big plus: spacious, easy to find a spot, and just a few steps from the entrance. I just went into this branch for a few minor things on a Friday afternoon. I was helped immediately, there was no line. The woman helping me was super helpful, patient and kind and when I was flustered and rifling through my wallet trying to find the right things, she calmly gave me some helpful hints (using my digital wallet since I had forgotten my physical card), etc. I don't go into bank branches very often but this was fast and easy!
Karen had very bad customer service and communication skills.
