Wells Fargo giving counterfeit 100 dollar bills. In two different occasions (9/2/25 and 6/18/25) when I withdrew money from the office in 2373 Hendersonville Rd. Arden 28704, each time mixed with several other good bills they included 2 counterfeit 100 dollar bills. why Two counterfeit bills each time? why separated 2 and a half months. This bank is one of worst banks i had. They took over a week to send my debit car out after had to replace the card. I even called to ask why I did get email my card was not being shipped out but each time I called i different answer. One customer service sadi it mail Friday. Next one said it gkt sent out Saturday but did not get any notification.i asked them why I did not get any notification on when got shipped out. I am happy with the way Wells Fargo bank agents work, they always help me to understand this or that problem that I have. I would especially like to mention the agent, Andres Cedeno, he has repeatedly helped me in solving my issues.
They're very rude and unfriendly. Very judgmental and quick to assume before asking any questions.
