I will be closing my account leaving this bank. For the second time this month , they've allowed somebody to take advantage of me. Somebody charged my card twice instead of just one time. I tried to call the company back and tell them that they made a mistake. They won't answer their phones. And my bank didn't handle it for me, even though they're supposed to, they didn't, they gave me a $194 credit, and then they took it from me when I had $30 in my bank account. Takes them 2 weeks to process a check, they'll lie and act like they will try, but once you deposit your check, they can't and won't help you.
