If I could leave 0 stars, I would. The unprofessional is ridiculous and they don’t offer the help that they should. If I’m putting my trust into a bank to hold all of my money, I would hope they would have better service and intelligence.
My sons account was hacked back in July $2000.00 was taking out from chime and cash app, we have called and gone down to the bank multiple times and have gotten nowhere. They told him because he had the card on him at the time of these transactions and it was done online with using his IP address that they will not give him his money back. we have called Chime and Cash app and have gotten nowhere. shame on you Wells Fargo for not doing crap. $2000 is alot of money for an 18 year old, that he was using to save for a car. we a... read more
If you pay your property taxes by mail, & someone commits a federal crime by stealing & altering your check, don't expect Wells Fargo to refund you after you were defrauded. That "up to $250,000 FDIC insured bla bla bla" sticker on their windows is just for show. The same goes for if a company owes you money & sends it to the wrong (a closed) Wells Fargo account.
