Young, poorly trained, inexperienced, not very smart tellers. Other than that....no problem. Oh, apparently, the tellers are trained to ask how you will spend your money if you withdraw cash.... this by a 20 year old teller with a 70 year old customer. Imagine needing a tellers permission to spend your own money.
You are the worst bank you closed my CDs without my consent you stole my money I have not received my checks in the mail. Many of you know me in this area reach out to me via Facebook and I'll tell you what happened with this Bank whatever you do close your accounts and get out of here! I guess I made too much money on interest bearing accounts.
