It took close to an hour to add 2 people onto an account. Sat around watching the Banker type for 50 minutes????
Pathetic, lazy staff. Three people sitting on the counter and when I asked to open an account they responded it’s almost 5pm (there are whole 47 mins left in 5pm), so either you come tomorrow or go online and open it by yourself.
Can't get banking services until 9am on a weekday? Oh, and your one(1) ATM is frequently down.
Can’t get a real human being on the phone, the app barely works, and it keeps saying that my CORRECT log in information is incorrect or that username is too short? Yall are too big of a company to be this useless
