Can’t get a real human being on the phone, the app barely works, and it keeps saying that my CORRECT log in information is incorrect or that username is too short? Yall are too big of a company to be this useless
Good luck calling. Called 5 times and the phone was picked up and hung up without a word each time.
Tried closing business account and get a cashiers check same day for my new bank. They couldn’t close due to $1 pending charge, told them I’d be back the next day to finish closing it and get my money. What do they do, they close it early and mail out an unstoppable and un cancelable check to my address 10-15 days to arrive. They couldn’t give me a tracking number or any physical proof. Feel like I’m being stolen from and now I must pay extra fees to my taxes. Thanks a lot
I would never bank with Wells Fargo, my 1st payroll check is from Wells Fargo (Local Company)( their branch office at that) and its unfortunate because they have been so ridiculous and rude in not allowing me to cash a check from my job that they issued, unbelievable.... I now have to wait til Monday to cash my 2nd payroll check and I told my employer to please!!!! no more COMPANY checks, I'll only except direct deposit so I never have to go to another Wells Fargo!
