Been depositing my rent money with same BUSINESS ACCT card and same acct info and after 3 years they decided to tell me I can’t complete my transaction after had me waiting over 30 min.this bank is a JOKE this why I don’t personally deal with them but this the people my landlord trust with his money. Smfh

Just banked there for the 1st time due to my branch having a power outage... let me just say ill go broke for days before I bank here ever again... the older women with short hair was polite an I feel bad she has to work in such ignorance.... this actually has me rethinking banking with Wells period... An now someone from the branch wants to call us and make up lies, is this women that dumb there are camera's... Yup I think its time to leave wells fargo....
Laurie was very pleasant and very helpful, she gave me tips on how to use the banking app that I didn’t know you could use overall very helpful and very friendly
