This is the worst WF location I’ve ever been to. I spent over an hour having my name changed with the MANAGER after getting married over a month ago. After sending me back out to my car, someone came running out to get me and I had to go back inside to sign more papers. Now, over a month later, I received a call saying that the manager never even made copies of my marriage certificate and driver’s license to complete the name change (I do not remember him making copies, so this is accurate). Don’t know why this location is open whereby there’s no manager and staff are new with hardly any banking experience. Besides deposits and withdrawals I don’t think they are capable of doing anything else here. Overall Wells is far below other banks and you are better off banking at a smaller institutions
Very ignorant drive-through teller. August 27, 2022 9:15 AM I would like management of Wells Fargo to contact me directly about this incident. I am a 20 year customer with over $58,000 in deposits in this month alone. Your teller at this branch refused to do a simple transaction.
