Jeremy DeCanto is a great banker here. He always answers questions very thoroughly and goes above and beyond every time I work with him.
The folks in here answered my questions when I was closing an account and opening a new one. They were very upfront about how to make my credit card work for me.
I closed one of my accounts (was very polite about it and complemented the employees on their service) only to find my account I intended to close had been nicknamed "F*** You" (only not censored) and my other accounts had been closed instead. Horrible bank.
