I absolutely agree with Ellis! Always an issue at this branch! I honestly can’t tell you the last time I was able to get cash from here, I literally just left there and not available, witch in turn forces me to have to go to the bank on Leigh Street and have to pay a fee. I was only ever here once when the bank was actually open so I went in to get the cash since of course the atm wasn’t working and the woman who waited on me wasn’t very polite. Everytime i go here the ATM NEVER works. No cash deposits and other BS. I havent been able to deposit my money. Every couple of days i stop by and try to deposit but nope ATM no work right now sorry.
I went into bank trying to complete a formal transaction and clerk did not fulfill her duty and also locked me out of bank
