Excellent customer service! The staff is very friendly, professional, and always willing to help. I really appreciate that they provide excellent service in both Spanish and English, making everything much easier and more comfortable. I definitely recommend this bank for its great service and personalized attention.

Every time I use the drive though it’s a very long process. 15-25 min and I don’t see anyone in the lobby. Will not be returning. I use the drive through for efficiency. No sense of urgency.
