Waited more than 12 minutes at drive thru!! No other cars in line! Don't have same person working inside counter as drive thru!! Not good customer service!! Need to take customer needs into count!! Makes me want to switch banks. Customer service getting worse each time I use this bank!! Too bad, I've been a customer for many years!!!
Horrible customer service, young lady at counter gives attitude right away instead of asking in how they could help. Just rude and unprofessional. Giving wrong information to customers instead of asking to manager.
Nasty employee working the drive thru ...wow so unprofessional.... not sure why I still have accounts at Wells Fargo!!!!!
