Horrible experience have been a business banking customer for a long time. Needed to open a second account for the same business. Was at the Philadelphia location earlier that gave me great service, the business banker told me they could open a second business checking account in about 15 minutes but both myself and my partner needed to be present in person. Nobody picks up the phone waste my time. On top of that the workers are rude,the standards are so low for workers today they hire anyone.
I have been a Wells Fargo customer for 20 plus years. I went in to open an account for child and while representatives were completely free, I was sent back at 10:55am because they were “on their way out”. Mind you the bank is said to be open until 12pm. That’s ridiculous customer service.
The the Staff with certain Individuals are Most definitely educated and have helped to me and my business. Right now due to one Banker my account, my status of my business account is being in Jeopardy!! This is based on the individual NOT doing the right thing. Alot of back and forth, uncertainty with business with Wells Fargo and also the stress LEVELS I'M under right now based my 1star review.
