Horrible experience have been a business banking customer for a long time. Needed to open a second account for the same business. Was at the Philadelphia location earlier that gave me great service, the business banker told me they could open a second business checking account in about 15 minutes but both myself and my partner needed to be present in person. I called this branch ahead and advised myself and my business partner would be there at 4:30 (the bank closes at 5) “Henny” and the the manager were starting to close up... read more
