Terrible experience. We had a 2:00 PM appointment and arrived 15 minutes early. A teller told us to take a seat and said someone would be with us shortly. We ended up waiting 45 minutes with no one coming to help us, so we eventually had to leave. Extremely frustrating and unprofessional. I would not recommend this bank.
This bank is the WORST. There hasnt been a time ive come in there and havent had to wait because they only have 1 teller and meanwhile the bankers are always sitting around doing nothing but sonehow never available.
This is the second time in 4 weeks that I’ve gone to the atm and no contactless pay. Fix it please
