Teller name Tucker on this branch is not accommodating to customers. Went there today to exchange large bill to a better crisper bill.He stated I cannot touch his money but my money is with him. That's why I came over to this branch knowing that they have crisper large bill and they were called by stone crossing branch that I am coming . Teller Tucker is not heplful and did not even say sorry that I cannot touch the money that he pulled from his drawer.But plainly stated you cannot touch my money. How rude.
