Went in with my nephew with his retirement check from Vanguard. He scribbled out his signature on the back because he made a mistake. The check is written off Wellsfargo. So we went to Wellsfargo to deposit it or cash it. The two women there immediately said they can’t accept it. I told them it’s from Wellsfargo and can’t they just verify the check. ATM machines are frequently not working typically one or two tellers to help on a good day
I've been banking here since 2007, I rarely go in the bank as my checks have always been direct deposit and if I need cash I do the atm, but have always used the Union Blvd branch, I went in there to deposit a 21k check from selling my car to carmax, Worst experience in my life, from the moment I approached the the teller she had a horrible attitude, come to find out carmax misspelled my name in my check and she was looking at me funny as if I was trying to cash out a fake check, handed it back in a nasty way basically throw... read more
