Shut down my bank card instead of placing block on unauthorized charge as requested. Very inconvenient as I was traveling. Was unable to make a deposit at the ATM due to card being shut off. Closed downtown branch so I had to leave my family who was here for the holiday to go get a new debit card. HUGE inconvenience in every aspect.
