Friendly staff.
Absolutely disrespectful. We call to confirm they notarize prenups, they say they do, we head head over. They call me back and tell me to make an appointment, and they confirm I'm a Wells Fargo customer in order to make the appointment. We then show up to the appointment, and the notary simply says there's nothing he can do for us because my fiance is not a Wells Fargo customer. Despite the fact that this is prenup brought up twice before, they neglected to mention that. Absolutely terrible service. I'd rather just go to Cha... read more
At first, the manager who wanted to serve us was not friendly, but by the end of the meeting he softened enough and helped us resolve our issues.
