UPDATE: THEY CALLED ME BACK CONFIRMING BANKER ERROR AND STILL WONT HONOR MY PROMOTION BC OF THEIR ERROR!!!!! Worst bank ever do not bank here I’ve been with this bank for 15 years and they weren’t even willing to accommodate ONE exception because THEIR banker made me miss a big promotion and now won’t honor it even tho it was their fault. Will be closing all 4 accounts with Wells Fargo and changing banks HORRIBLE SERVICE AFTER 15 YEARS

I am extremely disappointed with my recent experience at the Wells Fargo branch on 19th St in Allentown, PA. I visited the bank on Saturday, October 19th, around 11:58 AM to purchase a cashier's check, only to have an employee close the door in my face. When I requested to speak with a manager, Angie Ortiz informed me that I would have to return on Monday because they could not reopen the door.
