I have to agree that after my mom’s death Wells Fargo has been a pain in the rear to deal with. I stopped in bc my dad and I have probably talked to 20 people over the phone. My dad is deaf.(He’s a Vietnam Vet and his job was gunner mate on a 50 caliber.)Dad is on the acct jointly and I’m a signer. I was about to leave with no help and I asked for the manager. Just left the branch. My mother was attempting to add me to her account.She also wanted to remove my deceased father from the account.The banker was extremely unfriendly. It was obvious he didn't want to assist us.He stated we needed a death certificate before we could move any further with the account. We did not have these issues with Union Square when we made the same changes to her account over there so 5 stars to them.
