All I needed was help. One deferment after YEARS of being a loyal customer and they tell me that they can’t help. I’ve had multiple loans never missed a SINGLE PAYMENT. The ONE TIME i needed help they said no that my loan account needed to be open for nine months to qualify. Congratulations, Wells Fargo, you are now never being paid back. Honestly the WORST customer service I have ever experienced
They were very quick to get me to the bank boxes and get me signed in. Very polite very efficient
Lady who opened our account was kinda dry not to friendly..I don't understand why anyone would want to open an account here with the crazy ways we were described our account could be used.. never banked with wells fargo.. I hope there representive was just having a bad day, And that we will be happy with our decision to open an account with wells fargo
No one answers the phone during business hours. I wait on hold for 45 minutes someone finally picks up but hangs up right when I begin to speak.
