Always helpful they don't rush you and eager to solve the issue
The front desk listened to my problems and told me a banker would need to handle my account issue. Although I had to wait in the lobby because it was a Tuesday and there was only two bankers working, Colby ensured that my patience was noted and they would try and me with a banker asap soon as they could.
