Tammy and Markeita (I hope I didn't misremember the spelling) were fantastic. Everyone at this location is very accommodating and courteous!
Helped my grandson open first account. Now he cannot access until he gets the debit card. Was never told that. Only told the card may take 7-10 business days to arrive. When he went back to find some way to access his funds..NO WAY until card arrives and was then told it would probably be closer to a month. Who takes your money and then denies total access in person or digital? Why would anyone want to bank with them. Will be changing banks as soon as possible. What a scam.

Trying to open a new account. so I went down to the bank to do so. They instructed me to open the account online. There was a problem with opening the account online. I called customer service they were no help. The customer service for attempted to get me off the phone immediately before really allowing me to tell him the issue I was having. The worst customer service. Made an appointment online to setup a business checking account. They canceled the appointment and never called to make sure that I received the email cancellation. I was at work all day. No access to email. The manager and the other employee wanted to explain why it was my fault why I didn’t see the notification until finally was told the person that I was supposed to meet called out sick.
