Helped my grandson open first account. Now he cannot access until he gets the debit card. Was never told that. Only told the card may take 7-10 business days to arrive. When he went back to find some way to access his funds..NO WAY until card arrives and was then told it would probably be closer to a month. Who takes your money and then denies total access in person or digital? Why would anyone want to bank with them. Will be changing banks as soon as possible. What a scam.

Trying to open a new account. so I went down to the bank to do so. They instructed me to open the account online. There was a problem with opening the account online. I called customer service they were no help. The customer service for attempted to get me off the phone immediately before really allowing me to tell him the issue I was having.
