I’ve been with Wells Fargo for over 20 years, and this is by far my favorite branch. The staff here are genuinely caring and always make sure you’re taken care of. It can get a little busy on Mondays (recommend making an appointment) but the service is consistently excellent. A special shoutout to Jay Tan and Andre — both were incredibly helpful with my recent account request and went above and beyond to make the process smooth. Highly recommend this branch!
Highly recommend going to any other bank other than wells Fargo, I have been with them for 13+ years it's been - They refuse to rush a debit card to me so I can operate my business, even after delaying me getting the card for over 2 weeks, I will going on 3 weeks with no means to operate my business, they could care less. They say they're saving money by not using plastic cards which are actually recyclable. Go any where else if you value your business and time, because Wells Fargo doesn't.
I’ve been trying to reach someone at the Wells Fargo Millbrae branch for three weeks, calling from Taiwan, and have made over 100 calls — not a single one has been answered by a human. Every call goes straight to voicemail, and since I’m overseas, leaving a callback number is useless. I simply need to speak to a banker about an important matter, but this has become impossible.
