Friendly staff and short waiting time.
Andre Rubio was my teller today. I forgot my card, but Andre Rubio was very kind was very helpful. Andre took his time to walk me through my iPhone wallet app. He saved me a lot of headache today by helping me with this procedure. Sometimes smaller things like helping me with my iPhone means a lot to me. Thank you, Andre Rubio and I hope you will get recognized for this great compliment that you earned today.
I’ve been with Wells Fargo for over 20 years, and this is by far my favorite branch. The staff here are genuinely caring and always make sure you’re taken care of. It can get a little busy on Mondays (recommend making an appointment) but the service is consistently excellent. A special shoutout to Jay Tan and Andre — both were incredibly helpful with my recent account request and went above and beyond to make the process smooth. Highly recommend this branch!
Highly recommend going to any other bank other than wells Fargo, I have been with them for 13+ years it's been - They refuse to rush a debit card to me so I can operate my business, even after delaying me getting the card for over 2 weeks, I will going on 3 weeks with no means to operate my business, they could care less. They say they're saving money by not using plastic cards which are actually recyclable. Go any where else if you value your business and time, because Wells Fargo doesn't.
