This branch is understaffed and unhelpful. I have lost money and time by the poor service and communication here and definitely do not recommend. Take your money elsewhere. :(

VERY LONG WAIT TIMES ON THE PHONE!! FINALLY REACHED A BANKER AND I HAD BEEN REROUTED TO THE GENRAL WELLS FARGO AND NOT THE LOCAL BRANCH. THEY TOLD ME TO CALL BACK, BUT THE SAME THING WOULD HAVE HAPPENED. WANTED INFO RE: MY SAFE DEPOSIT BOX. SOO DISAPPOINTING THAT i CANNOT SPEAK TO SOMEONE FROM THE LOCAL BRANCH!
