Worst customer service I've ever seen in the bank
Bank took my debit card for no reason and no explanation. There is money in the account and automatic deposits monthly!
This locations staff Has to be the rudest and least understanding In Anne Aunrndel County. There is an extremely rude staff member with glasses that feels the need to throw my debt card in the slot every time I come in she shows zero urgency in helping with any of my problems. But Is always quick to turn me away with any excuse she can think of. Canceling my Wells Fargo account as I'm writing this.
They are not professional at all. Wells Fargo should close this branch or change the employees. We have been waiting for 40 minutes without getting help. After all the manager Ashly told us when we have time, we will help you. Not recommended at all..
No one greets you when u walk in. No one ask you for help. Went in there today Tuesday around 10:30 a.m.
