The teller who help me was awesome, I went in there wanting to talk with someone who could my card, after explaining my situation she helped me step by step.
Literally try to never come to this branch even though I live 2 min away. And today another reason why I'd rather drive 15 kin to greenbrier. The tellers are unprofessional.
I am extremely disappointed with my experience at the Wells Fargo branch on George Washington Highway in the Deep Creek area of Chesapeake. This is, by far, the worst Wells Fargo location I have ever visited. The teller at the front counter inside the branch was very short with me and came across as unfriendly and unwelcoming.
